Guangdong Yilian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (YLHST) manufactures single-wall and adhesive-lined tubing, oil- and high-temperature-resistant tubing, fluoropolymer tubing, molded cable boots, identification sleeves, solder-ring splices and EMI shielding components. More than 100 specifications from −55 °C to 260 °C, produced to the GJB7274-2011 military standard for defense and commercial programs worldwide.
A heat-shrink factory built around engineering support
Founded in Zhongshan, Guangdong in 2014, YLHST runs compounding, extrusion, expansion and finishing in its own 15,000 m² plant. Irradiation cross-linking is carried out by a long-term partner facility, with process parameters recorded and archived by batch. The result is consistent material performance, traceable lots and short lead times for both standard and custom parts.
Thirteen families covering insulation, sealing, identification and shielding
Every family is available in standard sizes from stock or produced to drawing. Shrink ratios of 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 are available across the range, and most tubing can be cut, printed, adhesive-coated or colour-matched for a program.
Single-wall heat shrink tubing
125–135 °CFlexible flame-retardant polyolefin for terminal insulation, solder-joint protection and component covering. Fast shrink, 2:1 ratio.
Adhesive-lined (dual-wall) tubing
125–135 °CA hot-melt adhesive inner layer fills gaps during shrinkage, sealing connectors, splices and large cables. 3:1 and 4:1 ratios.
Oil-resistant & high-temperature tubing
150–260 °CContinuous service from 150 °C to 260 °C for engine bays, turbochargers, ovens and chemical-media exposure.
