Founded in 2014, YLHST is a manufacturer of high-performance heat-shrink tubing for defense and commercial markets. The company operates a 15,000 m² plant in Zhongshan, Guangdong, covering compounding, extrusion, expansion and finished-part cutting in-house. Irradiation cross-linking is performed by a long-term partner facility, with process records archived by batch.
Own plant for the critical steps, a fixed partner for cross-linking
Compounding, extrusion, expansion and finished-part cutting are controlled in-house. Irradiation cross-linking is carried out by a long-term partner facility; the parameters are fixed and filed with each batch so that material performance stays consistent from lot to lot. Custom samples, drawing-based parts and series production are supported from the same plant.
In-house process control
Formulation, extrusion and cutting are performed on our own lines, with in-process samples pulled at defined intervals.
Stable cross-linking
Irradiation parameters are fixed and archived per batch; certificates of process travel with the lot.
Custom and fast sampling
Sample-based and drawing-based development, from first prototype through to series import.
Batch traceability
Incoming material lots, process parameters and inspection results are archived and linked to the delivered batch.
Laboratory testing and military environmental qualification
Incoming material, in-process samples and finished goods are tested in our laboratory. Military-standard products are subjected to salt-spray, damp-heat and fungus testing as required by GJB7274-2011, and each batch is delivered with an inspection report. Third-party testing was completed with the Fifth Electronics Research Institute (CEPREI) in 2024.
Temperature and electrical
High-low temperature chambers, withstand-voltage and insulation-resistance testing across the rated range.
Environmental
Salt spray, damp heat and fungus testing for military programs, with reports retained per batch.
Third-party reports
Flame retardance, RoHS and reliability items submitted to CEPREI in 2024.
